These terms govern your purchase and use of CareerGuide (“the tool”), the paid interactive part of AI-Proof Your Career by LearnSmartStuffs, a brand operated by Globelts Private Ltd, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at 13G, Sector 8, Jasola, New Delhi 110025, India (“we”, “us”). By buying or using the tool, you agree to them.
What you're buying
A one-time purchase that unlocks lifetime access to the interactive tool for your account: the AI-Exposure Self-Audit, the personalized Skill-Building Roadmap, the Resume & Interview Scripts, the Career-Pivot Decision Framework, and your compiled AI-Proof Career Report. Access is tied to your account and synced across your devices.
Refund policy — all sales final
Because CareerGuide is a digital product delivered instantly and in full the moment you buy, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. The sales page describes exactly what's included so you can decide before purchasing; please read it and use any free preview first. This does not affect rights you may have under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived. If a payment is reversed or charged back through PayPal, the related access may be revoked.
Your account
Access is personal to you. Don't share your login link or let others use your account, and don't resell, redistribute, or republish the tool or its outputs. We may suspend access for misuse or for a payment that is reversed or disputed. You can export or delete your data anytime from your Account page.
Not professional advice
CareerGuide gives you a structured, personalized analysis built from public occupation data (O*NET / U.S. Department of Labor), published research, and your own inputs. It is information and a framework, not a guarantee, prediction, or professional advice — not career counseling, and not legal, financial, or employment advice. Decisions you make from it are your own. We never show a fabricated per-job “AI risk” figure, and every data point traces to a cited source.
Third-party services & data
Payments are processed by PayPal under their terms. Occupation data comes from O*NET, U.S. Department of Labor, used under CC BY 4.0. Email is delivered via Resend. Your use of the tool is also subject to those providers' terms where relevant.
Availability & changes
We aim to keep the tool available and current but can't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may update, improve, or discontinue features over time. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Globelts Private Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the tool, and our total liability for any claim relating to the tool will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute relating to them or to the tool is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India. If you are buying as a consumer from outside India, this does not remove any protection available to you under the consumer law of your own country of residence that cannot be contractually waived.
